Hi there thanks for dropping by. Boy what a busy month it has been with Clarity or busy two months actually. Lots of new products in Stencils and Stamp and Stamp Sets and I have loved every single one of them. We "that's the Royal We" have some new sets coming out on Sunday 2nd April when Barbara is on Create and Craft 9-11am. I love these stamps and stencils and would have loved to have used them in this challenge. But I will use them in the next one.
So I dug out one of my favourite NDC Stamps, I tell you what I am so glad I joined the NDC when I did, the stamps you get are just brilliant I have used every single one of them. This one is a Dandelion Clock, I love them, I have them all over my kitchen on my Robinsons Retro wall paper and my matching Blinds and my two mugs?? I had to didn't I??
I have just bought myself this stamp with the two little girls, I have always loved it and I wasn't disappointed they look so sweet and because of the flair of their skirts I think they sit really nicely with the Dandelions.
I haven't done a tutorial on this card, I don't think its needed for one, but also I just wanted to have a play. It might not look much to you and it probably isn't much, that doesn't mean to say it didn't take me a little while though. I wanted to build up the dregs on my Gelli Plate a little and then I wanted the repeat pattern to almost look like my wallpaper. In fact I am going to do a sheet with these ladies and the Clocks as a backing sheet for my Journal, the old ink, plot, blot and I think it would make a good watermark on the pages in a Diary?
The Verse Stamp, well I have just bought myself a bunch of them from Clarity, I got them in the sale, I absolutely love this saying it just means so many things and it gives you license to just be as arty as you want to be.
So I hope you like my Card, I am not sure the photo does it justice but I tried my best.
So "Flower Power" for me that in itself gives you license to just go for it. So why don't you bring out your own style, don't worry about what anyone thinks just go for it, and then enter our Challenge. The bonus is that you will also be in with the chance of winning the very generous prize of a £50 Voucher to be spent on the lovely Clarity goodies.
You can enter the Challenge here: Clarity Challenge Blog
Thank you for visiting and if you leave a comment thank you in advance I appreciate it.
Bye for now, Carry On Crafting.
